Workmanship warranty, trade by trade

• Roofing 10 year workmanship warranty.
• Structural work 5 years. Framing, siding, soffit and fascia, patio structures, decks, porches and pergolas, and structural repair during exterior restoration. Paint on its own is not structural and has no separate term.
• Foundations 1 year.
• Windows 1 year on the installation. The window unit carries the manufacturer’s warranty.
• New builds, remodels and other trades Per component, set out in your bid. This covers custom homes, garages and shops, remodels, fencing, gutters, flooring and stucco.

• Workmanship The schedule covers workmanship by EV Roofing & Construction.
• Materials Materials and equipment carry the manufacturer’s own warranty.
• Start date Cover begins at substantial completion.
• Exclusions It does not cover owner supplied items, normal wear, or damage from deferred maintenance.

The warranty for the trade you are buying is written into your bid, and that row is the one that applies to your job. When a job covers more than one trade, each trade carries its own row. At closeout the warranty is copied word for word from your bid.
