What we do
One company, from the slab to the finish
One company, start to finish
Four trades, one company, in build order
1. The slab
Formed, reinforced and poured to fall away from the house.
2. The frame
Posts, beams and rafters sized for the span, on the slab we poured.
3. The roof
Shingle or metal, flashed into the structure by the same company.
4. The finish
Ceiling, paint, siding and trim, so one company answers for the whole job.

Faqs
Your questions, one by one
How do I know if my roof needs replacing?
If your roof is over 20 years old, you see missing shingles, or you’re collecting buckets during rainstorms · it’s probably time. We can confirm with a free inspection.
Do you quote before any work starts?
Yes. We walk the property, photograph what we find and put a written scope in front of you before anyone lifts a tool. No pressure and no sales visit you did not ask for.
How long does a job take?
Most residential roofs are done in one to three days, weather permitting. A patio cover, a slab or a remodel runs longer and we give you the schedule in writing with the scope, so you know before we start.
What trades do you cover?
Roofing in shingle, metal, TPO and commercial systems · new custom homes, garages, shops, outbuildings, carports and additions · patios and patio covers · concrete and sitework · remodeling · exterior restoration and paint · fencing · siding and windows · stucco. One company across all of it, which is the point.
Is a roofing contractor in Texas licensed?
Texas does not issue a state licence for roofing contractors. The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation does not administer licensure for the trade, and the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas runs a voluntary programme rather than a government one. So anyone can call themselves a roofer here. What you can check instead: a physical address you can visit, a certificate of insurance sent to you directly by the carrier rather than forwarded by the contractor, manufacturer certifications, and a written workmanship warranty with a company name on it. We are at 911 N Bryan Ave in Bryan, we are Owens Corning certified and GAF certified, we are fully insured for general liability and workers compensation, and our roofing work carries a 10 year workmanship warranty.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. Manufacturer warranties cover the materials, and our own 10 year workmanship warranty covers the labour on roofing. Other trades carry no workmanship warranty and we will not pretend otherwise.
Can you help with an insurance claim?
Yes! If your roof was damaged by a storm, we’ll help document everything and walk you through the process with your insurance provider.
Do you handle urgent damage?
Yes. If a roof springs a leak or a storm takes something off, call (979) 422-0466. We answer Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Message us outside those hours and we come back to you the next business day.
